During the coaching session, there will be intention setting, and a review of the basics and benefits of BDSM, as well as assistance and support on your particular issue/subject. After initial session, subsequent sessions may include couples or individual support, short-term homework (fun), and/or a custom designed BDSM/fantasy based on your desires and goals.
